Blue Bunny Pistachio Ice Cream -- Yummy!

I must be born with a sweet tooth.  I really love eating sweets in all types and forms.  Ice cream is of course not an exception. There are lots of flavors that i like but Pistachio definitely tops my list.  Locally, i think Arce Dairy is the only brand that caries this flavor all year round.

This may be a late discovery thank goodness S&R Pampanga is already opened and was able to find this new favorite.

Its a bit pricey (Php379.00) compared to a half-gallon of premium ice cream from local brands but I think it's worth the buy.  Nuts on ice creams and chocolates are definitely to die for, so this Pistachio Almonds really rocks! Can't wait for dinner to open it up. 

See those brown specs? Chopped almonds in pistachio based ice cream.  We had it frozen saving it as dessert for dinner and surprisingly it was indeed easy to scoop as printed on the label which means fast ice cream fun time.

Blue Bunny ice cream is really creamy and the sweetness is just right.  I am so loving the chunkiness that the nuts bring with the smoothness of the ice cream.  This 1.65L ice cream will not last overnight from the fridge.  Now I wish there is S&R here in Malolos.
